Hmm, that's strange. I had expected that this script would be useful for 
building the kernel and hypervisor as well, but I haven't tested that 
yet. Can you take a look at the xen.src.rpm to see why those files 
aren't being installed in the binary rpm?
To get you unblocked, you could copy those files from the original 
filesystem, and just install them manually after you install the new 
hypervisor. It's a silly extra step, but I don't have time at the moment 
to try to rebuild that hypervisor rpm to see what the issue is.
