what the ouptut of "opam config -env" ? This is quite weird, as this should not 
impact the way opam works. This might be related to 
https://github.com/OCamlPro/opam/issues/71 which is a regression introduced not 
very lately ... working on that right now with Frederic to fix the issue, 
should be fixed soon.
