Well, I still don't see this as a driver bug. Once you are building a kernel from source you are no longer a user, you're a developer. A user should just use a distro and we've already established that Debian loads the correct 3.16 driver and all its dependencies. I'll ask around but I don't think I'll get much. I still think the best idea is to build the 3.14 kernel starting from a 3.16 config, I'm guessing that will work and we can use that to find out what's wrong. -- Don Dugger "Censeo Toto nos in Kansa esse decisse." - D.
